Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the sponsor, its artists, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entry Period & Method
Enter online via the official giveaway entry form on the Tormented Souls website during the entry period stated above. Limit one entry per person, per email address, and per phone number. Use of automated entry systems is prohibited.
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Prize Description
One winner will receive one custom tattoo, subject to artist approval, design approval, placement approval, and studio scheduling availability. Gratuity and design time are excluded unless expressly stated.
Prize Restrictions
The prize is not transferable or assignable and may not be substituted for cash. Piercing services, jewelry, cover-ups, and existing appointments are excluded unless expressly permitted. The sponsor does not guarantee that every concept, body location, size, or design will be accepted. Tattoo design and placement remain subject to artist approval, studio policies, age verification, and health and consent requirements.
Winner Selection & Odds
Following the close of the entry period, one eligible winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry.
Winner Notification & Response Deadline
The selected entrant will be contacted on the drawing date. The winner must respond within the response deadline stated in these Official Rules to confirm eligibility and claim the prize. If the selected entrant cannot be verified, is ineligible, or fails to respond within the stated period, an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries.
Non-Winner Voucher Terms
Eligible entrants who do not win the grand prize will receive a promotional tattoo voucher. The voucher is one-time-use, may not be redeemed for cash, is not combinable with other offers unless expressly permitted, and must be redeemed before the stated expiration date. Call for details regarding voucher terms and qualifying spend.
Disqualification
The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits multiple entries, provides false information, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
Privacy
Personal information collected during entry is used solely to administer this promotion and, with separate express consent, for marketing communications. See the Privacy Policy for details. Entrants may request deletion of their data per the stated process.
Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes permission for the sponsor to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Liability & Governing Law
By entering, participants release the sponsor from all liability arising from the promotion. This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Suffolk County, New York.
Winner List
For the name of the winner, send a request to the studio email within 30 days of the drawing date.
